Awful support

Latest update made it impossible to open existing content I had purchased in app. In addition when restoring in app purchases some of my purchases failed to download. I have contacted support twice in the past two months as they request in their app write up but have received absolutely no response.

This behavior is in violation of Attachment 2 (Additional Terms for Use of the In App Purchase API) of the Additional Terms for Use of the In App Purchase API. Specifically sections 2.3, 2.6 and 3.3.

Anyone looking to maintain their collection and not worry about it being stolen would do well to look at one of the alternative comics applications.
